What we do with what you tell us.
Plain terms, not a wall of legal text. If something here isn’t clear, email us and ask.
What we collect
What you write about yourself on /start (if anything — you can skip it), your name, email, phone number, level of study, and an optional LinkedIn link. If you arrive from a link or ad, we also note where from, so we know what's working.
Why we collect it
So a person on the KeyBee team can read your profile, understand what you're looking for, and follow up with you personally. It isn't used for anything else.
Who sees it
The KeyBee team, and the tools we use internally to keep track of who we've spoken to and follow up on time. We don't sell it, and we don't hand it to a university without asking you first — that only happens if you go ahead with a referral.
How we watch usage
We use a product-analytics tool that can record how visitors move through the site — clicks, scrolling, roughly where the mouse goes — to see where the flow is confusing and fix it. What you actually type (your write-up, name, email, phone) is masked in these recordings; we see that a field was filled in, not its contents.
How long we keep it
For as long as it's useful for following up with you. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You can skip the write-up entirely and just leave contact details. You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
